Throughout my career, I have successfully executed numerous high-impact projects, reflecting my commitment to improving public health infrastructures and systems:

  • RF-GVI-SEAR M&E: In 2024, I managed a consultancy in Cambodia and the Philippines, where I analysed barriers to vaccine uptake and advocated for equitable health system enhancements.
  • SKPA Grant Performance Framework Review: In 2021, I conducted a thorough review of community-based monitoring in Malaysia, which has been instrumental in reshaping service delivery to reduce stigma

    and discrimination in healthcare settings. 

  • Global Fund Community Engagement: In 2021, I facilitated strategic engagements in significantly enhanced community involvement in Global Fund processes, ensuring that community-specific needs are integrated into broader funding and implementation strategies.
  • Case Management Initiative: In 2016, I led initiatives in Malaysia to improve health linkages and strengthen the capacity of healthcare providers to promote better access to health services for marginalised communities.

INTERNATIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Operations Manager, developing country profiles at HIV and AIDS Datahub for Southeast Asia, Bangkok,
  • Technical Assistance Lead for Technical Support Facility for Southeast Asia, Regional Office based in Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Technical Adviser to the Global Fund Program that manages Harm Reduction Programs in Vietnam.
