Dr. Sang eeta Singh

I am a seasoned Public Health Specialist with over two decades of experience combining academic rigor, research leadership, and hands-on consultancy. Since 2002, my work has centered on strengthening public health systems across Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on expanding equitable access to primary and secondary healthcare for people (or populations) in vulnerable situations, especially women and older adults.

My expertise spans service mapping, program design, and implementation of integrated health models that improve the availability, accessibility, and affordability of care. I have contributed to initiatives in Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Timor-Leste, Thailand, and Vietnam, working closely with governments, NGOs, and community partners.

In addition, I currently serve as a Consultant with Qatar Foundation (WISH), supporting research, policy development, and capacity-building initiatives aligned with global health improvement and innovation
